We also bill with OPEN BOOKS, which means all expenses are passed-through and you will have full transparency into ALL costs associated with your event. We work off a preset management fee and love surprising clients with how we optimize budget. Rather than recommend solutions that will yield the most margin, we prescribe a solution that is ideal for the situation. Our success is measured by yours.
We could spend millions buying all the latest technology & equipment and hiring the best technicians to operate it, but in the end, that makes the result more expensive for you. Our goal has always been to maximize clients’ budgets, and the best way to do that is to create long-term relationships with world-class partners. Because of our established relationships and large volume of work, we receive substantial ‘producer discounts’, which we then pass along to clients.
